This Italian inspired rub can be used in so many different ways. Fragrant Italian Herbs with garlic, dried olives and capsicums. You can stir into bolognese sauce or any tomato based ragu, mix through hot cooked pasta with extra virgin olive oil and grated parmigiano cheese to make a simple supper, or use as a salad sprinkle, especially on tomato salads. Mix into minced meat to make meatballs - we love mixture of pork and veal mince. Sprinkle over focaccia or pizza before cooking.
