This fragrant North African spice blend is super versatile and spicy. Use as a dry rub on any meat or fish, it's also amazing on chicken drumettes. Mix with fresh lemon juice /olive oil to make a paste to spread over meat, fish or butterflied prawns. Mix with stock and make couscous or quinoa.
