A powerful, complex and vibrant wine showing typical McLaren Vale Shiraz characteristics of dark berry fruit flavours, milk chocolate with considerable structure, soft tannins and great length of palate. Appearance: Garnet red with bright crimson hue. Bouquet: Intense red berries, mulberry, plum with delicate notes of all spice, cardamon and milk chocolate. Palate: Layers of vibrant red, berries, blue berries and dark cherry. Underneath the fruit layers enticing hints of milk chocolate, liquorice and spice. The tannins are supple with well integrated oak giving structure, texture and a lovely smooth lingering finish. Vintage Conditions: Low yields, good spring rains, and dry steady summer allowed for good flavour ripening and intensity. Low yields and small berries giving concentrated flavour. The vintage has resulted in wines full of vibrant and fresh fruit flavours with soft and subtle tannins.
Lovely Salmon pink in colour, with layered aromas of blueberry, strawberry, and cream. Vibrant and appealing fresh soft red berry fruits. The red berry notes develop intensity on the palate, with the wine being a lovely medium bodied rose. The structure is soft with a lovely fruit sweetness on an extended clean and crisp finish.
The wine is a vibrant youthful medium depth cherry red colour. The wine has restrained savory notes of mushroom and earth, subtle strawberry and spice form oak. Youthful intense purple red in colour, with vibrant lifted red berry notes, pepper spice, and seamlessly integrated oak. The soft red berry flavours , Christmas pudding and spice carries through on the palate with generous supple mouthfeel. The tannins are fine and talc like with a lovely soft oak balance and length. The wine is pale straw in colour with a green tinge looking youthful and fresh, this wine shows classic Yarra Valley regional and varietal aromas of white peach, with subtle elegant French oak interweaved with subtle complex yeast notes. The palate is a sophisticated medium body Chardonnay being a true reflection of the cooler 2020 vintage. There is a fresh but delicate clean acid line, integrated with savour secondary winemaking attributes of oak and yeast autolysis. The wine has a clean extended finish.

This full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon is purple in colour with lively aromas of dark chocolate, blackberry, vanilla and cedar. The palate is rich with black and red berry fruit dominating the front palate and hints of vanilla accompanying the ripe and firm tannins.
Grant Burge is a pioneer of Merlot in the Barossa Valley. The soft, supple palate has concentrated flavours of red berries, with soft ripe tannins that add balance to the oak and fruit sweetness. This medium-bodied wine is ready to enjoy now, or can be cellared for up to seven to 12 years.
Full of flesh, vibrant acidity, long finish with plenty of dark fruits. Some oak on the front and back that cushions the plush fruit in the middle. There’s a hint of fruit sweetness that allows the wine to be drank considerably early.
